Once Dusty finishes editing your video, he will upload the video and send it via email. He then will upload it to a USB and ship it directly to you to have forever!
6. How do we get ouR video back?
We use an online gallery that allows you to directly download all the images to your computer, as well as order prints. There are options for high quality downloads for printing, as well as "web-size" compressed images for posting to IG and Facebook!
5. How do we get the Photos back?
We specialize in weddings and engagements, but we do offer senior and maternity sessions as well! For more information on that just email us!
4. Do you only photograph weddings?
Dusty also strives to create a quick turnaround for our clients. He typically has wedding videos done in 2-3 weeks, but it can take up to 5 weeks for completion.
3. What is your videography turnaround time?
Ashley prides herself on her turnaround time. Session galleries are typically complete in 1 week, but can take up to 2 weeks. Wedding galleries are typically finished in 2 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks.

We do! While our heart is in Tennessee, we do travel for weddings and elopements! We love seeing the amazing world God has created and sharing your day with you wherever that is!

12. What is the best way to contact you?
We strive to capture images as authentic as they can be. With that being said, we do not alter bodies. Noticeable blemishes, however, we will fix!
11. Do you Photoshop blemishes/etc. in Photos?
For sure! We do require the initial retainer fee, but as long as the full payment is paid in full 1 week before the date, payment plans are totally fine!
10. Can we set up a payment schedule?
The retainer fee is always non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All wedding reschedules are required to be 6 months from original date. In an event we have to reschedule for an engagement session, we can just pick a date that we both agree on!
9. Reschedule/Cancellation Policy?
When you book us for a wedding, we require a $500 retainer. When you book us for a session, we require a $100 retainer. This (along with the contract) is to secure the date we've agreed on.
8. How much money is due up front?
When you choose us we assume you love the overall style of our work. We feel that if you ask us to edit any other style than we already strive for, it would be a detriment to you. For that reason, we only edit in the style we have crafted.

After we receive your email we can continue to email back and forth about details, or we can schedule a phone or video chat consultation! Whichever you prefer is the method will we go with!

Once you've decided you're ready to book with us, we will send out a $500 retainer fee, as well as a contract to be signed over email. Once those 2 steps are completed, your wedding day is booked! You are on our official schedule!

After your wedding date is booked, we will send out a questionnaire and get a date scheduled for your included engagement session! Yay! We can't wait to meet you in person! Let's do this!
